What if I want changes to the software? . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . top We don't create special versions of the software for individual users, as this make supporting the product very difficult and labour intensive. PROMS has been created from over 12 years feedback from existing users, and therefore can do most things people want. However, if you have a requirement that we don't cover, we try our hardest to incorporate it into the package at the earliest opportunity, without compromising the reliability of the software. If the requirement is especially vital and urgent, we may be able to add it to the current version as a fix.

How many users do you have? . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . top We currently have over 65 users nationwide. This is the number of existing customers, companies, partnerships or sole traders who are currently either renting, lease-purchasing or who have annual support. Unlike some of our competitors who quote hundreds or thousands of users, this is not the figure for a) the number of systems we have ever sold, or b) the number of people, i.e. workstations using the software. Many of our users have network system with up to 10 workstations. Most of our users are in London or the South East, but we also have some as far away as Belfast, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Newcastle, Leeds and North Wales.

Some users find PROMS so easy to use, they don't require any training. Others may require only half a day. We send out a questionnaire before installation, that allows us to configure the software to your exact requirements, so you don't have to do that yourself. We also include "Getting Started" notes that take you through the initial data-entry steps. The help is very extensive in the latest version of the software and there is a tutorial included to take you through some of the key points.
